A home, a storefront, a whole building. Different spaces need different conversations.
A home, an apartment, a storefront, or a managed building.
The pest concern, its location, and when you first noticed it.
Questions about the rooms, occupants, and access for a visit.
The assessment, timing, and any follow-up questions to discuss.
We noticed signs of mice in our ground-floor brownstone kitchen in Bed-Stuy. The technician showed up on time, walked us through the apartment, and pointed out gaps around the radiator pipes and under the sink where they were entering. He sealed the openings, laid down tamper-resistant traps safe for our cat, and came back two weeks later to check. We haven't seen any droppings since the second visit.
Dealt with German roaches in a pre-war walk-up in Astoria after a neighboring unit renovated. PestStop sent clear prep instructions the night before so we knew how to clear out the pantry and kitchen cabinets. The tech explained where they were nesting behind the fridge, applied gel bait, and was very careful around our dishes. Activity dropped off noticeably within the first week, and the follow-up treatment took care of the rest.
Running a bakery in the East Village means we have strict operating hours and zero tolerance for pests. They coordinated an early morning visit before opening to inspect our dry storage and prep floor for fruit flies and pantry beetles. They pinpointed moisture buildup under a prep sink, set up discrete monitoring stations, and explained sanitation adjustments for our staff. Routine check-ins have kept our kitchen completely compliant.
