Yards bordering woods and parkland, and the pets and people who use them.

Houses, yards, woodland edges and waterfront properties.
Inspection, treatment and follow-up for Staten Island houses, outdoor spaces and commercial properties.

Much of Staten Island is single-family detached homes with yards, decks, garages and crawl spaces or basements. Pest pressure often starts outdoors: rodents and insects use foundations, sheds and vegetation, and stinging insects build nests in eaves and structures.
Many properties back onto woods, parkland or the shoreline, where ticks, mosquitoes and wildlife are a regular part of the setting. Commercial corridors and shops have their own deliveries and waste handling. We inspect the whole property, indoors and out, and explain what is worth treating and what is a maintenance task for you.
On Staten Island detached homes, yards and wooded edges make outdoor pests the main concern: ticks in yards bordering woods and parkland, mosquitoes near wetlands and the waterfront, termites at foundations, carpenter ants in damp wood, spiders in garages and basements, and mice and rats in garages and sheds.

Unlock gates and let us know about sheds, garages, decks and crawl spaces so we can inspect foundations, eaves and stored materials.
Tell us if your yard meets woods, parkland or water. Standing water, leaf litter and brush influence mosquito and tick conditions and what we recommend.
Our team plans routes to the island ahead of time. If you need a visit at a particular time, mention it when you request a quote.
Ticks, marshes and the outdoor side of pest control.
Staten Island is where the Health Department reports blacklegged ticks as widely established, and it is also home to Asian longhorned ticks, lone star ticks and Gulf Coast ticks. Blacklegged ticks can carry the agents of Lyme disease, anaplasmosis and babesiosis. Around a house, the practical steps are the same: keep grass short, clear leaf litter and brush from the yard edge, keep play areas and seating away from woods and stone walls, and check people and pets after time outdoors.
The island’s wetlands and shoreline are part of the city’s mosquito program, which applies larvicide to marshes and other non-residential areas when conditions call for it. That work does not reach private yards. Containers, clogged gutters, tarps, pool covers and low spots that hold water for a week can breed mosquitoes close to the house, so we start every mosquito visit by finding and removing those sources before treating resting areas.
For mosquitoes we focus on source reduction around standing water and targeted treatment of resting areas. Ticks are mainly managed outdoors by yard conditions, such as leaf litter and brush, and personal precautions; we explain what applies to your property.
We locate nests in eaves, sheds, decks and trees, remove or treat them with the appropriate method, and recommend steps to discourage rebuilding. Please keep away from active nests until we visit.
Yes. Shops, restaurants and other commercial sites get inspection, monitoring and written service reports, planned around your hours and deliveries.
A short request is enough to start. Tell us what you have noticed and where, and we will follow up to plan the assessment.

We review your request and follow up to discuss access, preparation and the assessment.
