Each industry page above follows the same backbone.
A commercial program starts with a site assessment: we walk the property with the person responsible for it, map entry points, harborage, moisture and waste areas, and agree on access, hours and who receives reports. Monitoring devices are then placed and numbered so each visit can record what was found at each point, and trends can be read over months rather than guessed from one sighting.
Treatment follows the findings and the label. Exclusion, sanitation corrections and traps come first; baits, dusts, growth regulators and residual products are used where activity and conditions call for them. In New York City, the Health Code puts the duty to keep premises free of pests and pest-friendly conditions on the person in control of the property, and it states that pesticides do not replace that work. Each visit therefore ends with written corrective-action notes your staff can act on, alongside the service record.
